Access to the toilet block 24 hours per day when closed for cleaning please use the single disabled toilet

The entry-exit barrier is operational 24 hours per day. No taxies or deliveries allowed park side of the barrier.

For security reasons please do not divulge code out to anybody

Pitches must be vacated by 11 am prompt on the day of departure.

Awnings are permitted but groundsheets must strictly be a breathable type

Drive-away awnings must be connected to the vehicle at all times.

Windbreak are permitted – one per pitch

Wastewater must be emptied in the drain next to the chemical drain point or into the motor home wastewater point.

Maximum two dogs per caravan/motorhome/tent

No flag poles are allowed on site

Barbeques must be raised so heat does not damage the grass, Bricks are available.

Rubbish to be emptied at the waste area

No washing lines are allowed except small rotary lines

Only one car per pitch, any additional cars must be parked in the pub car park.

No pop-up tents or gazebo’s

Electric points offer 16amp.

All vans must be parked in the pub car park, No commercial vehicles are allowed.

The speed limit on the park is 5mph

The privacy, convenience and enjoyment of the other caravan owners must be respected. Between the hours of 10.00 and 08.00 noise disturbance for any reason must be kept to a minimum.

To ensure a safe and friendly experience for all our customers our management reserves the right to refuse entry without reason and refuse any person without reason.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

We do ask that your pets are not kept in your caravan/motor home/tent while you are out as this does cause animal distress.

Please clean after your pets, any owners not being responsible for their pets i.e. fouling in the park area including car park banks and garden will be asked to leave the site.​
